There are three ways to report a complaint. Choose the option that works best:

• During Office Hours – Use the contact card below to reach the Municipal Office between 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• After Hours – Use the contact card below for urgent concerns after hours .
• Online – Complete the form below to submit your complaint (reviewed only during office hours).

Note: Include your name, address, and phone number so we can follow up. Anonymous complaints cannot be accepted.
