Each year, Council may include funds in the annual budget to support projects and activities that enhance the community. This policy applies to requests for all donations and requests for funding from organizations from within the Township as well as outside the Township.

Application Form
A Donation Application Form must be completed and submitted to receive consideration for funding.

Deadline
The Township will accept and review applications once per year. 
The annual application deadline was revised on July 27, 2026 and is now October 1 for requests for the following year.
