The Municipal Performance Measurement Program (MPMP) is a performance measurement and reporting system that promotes local government transparency and accountability. It also provides municipalities with useful data to make informed municipal service level decisions while optimizing available resources.
- In order to streamline municipal reporting requirements, the collection of Municipal Performance Measurement Program (MPMP) measures (formerly Schedules 90-95 of the Fincial Information Return) are no longer required, and have been replaced by Schedule 80D.
- As data is reported in the Financial Information Return, which is available to the public, municipalities are not required to independently report their perofmance measures in a set format.
