Persons desiring to present information to Seguin Township Council or to make a request of Council shall submit a completed "Request To Be Heard By Council" form to the Clerk no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Monday preceding the Council meeting they wish to attend. The Clerk shall have the discretion in preparing the agenda to limit the number of presentations to be made to Council or the matters to be placed before Council in order to facilitate an orderly and timely meeting. Persons with urgent matters may appeal to the Presiding Officer to be heard by leave of a majority of Council.

- In order to ensure a mutually convenient date, please provide your request to the Clerk's Department as soon as possible.
- Once all information is received and confirmed, we will contact you regarding further deputation and meeting details.
- Deputations shall limit their presentation to not more than ten (10) minutes in length.
- Your supporting material, including any presentation material must be provided to the Clerk's Department by 4:00 p.m. the Monday prior to the meeting. Material may be provided in hard copy or electronic format.
