Seguin Township continues to work closely with the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit, West Parry Sound Area Municipalities, and community partners to monitor the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) situation and respond appropriately.
We continue to follow the guidance of our local experts in Public Health. Although there are no confirmed positive cases in our area, the situation is evolving and we are taking steps to help protect the health of our community.
Our community halls and arena including all branches of the Seguin Public Library, will be closed and all ice and facility rentals are suspended effective Sunday, March 15, 2020 to Sunday, April 5, 2020 or until further notice. All rentals will be contacted and refunds will be applied.
The Municipal Office at 5 Humphrey Drive will remain open to the public and there are no other changes to municipal services at this time.
