Our by-law enforcement officials are trained to serve, protect and educate residents and visitors of the By-laws in Seguin Township.
This ensures public safety and awareness in order to reduce emergency incidences and by-law infractions, which in turn maintains a strong and vibrant community.
By-law Enforcement Officials are a great asset to our community.
- They respond to a variety of resident complaints and concerns, such as Canine, Noise, Illegal Dumping, Blasting and Open Burning.
- Conduct investigations into allegations.
- Enforce By-Laws through Court Action when required.
- Assist with traffic control during emergencies and public events.
- Assist at Rabies Clinics.
- Provide resident site consultations and inspections to ensure your projects meet the by-law requirements.
- Patrol the community to observe violations in progress and most importantly, provide a preventative enforcement presence.
