LED Streetlight Retrofit

Beginning today, Seguin Township will commence a retrofit program to convert all street lights to LED.
Through this project, the Township expects to save at least 50% on energy costs, incur lower maintenance costs, reduce its carbon footprint and improve dark sky compliance, meaning the directional design points the light only to the ground with no loss of light upwards.
