Seguin Township is committed to putting the environment first. We invite residents, business owners, schools and community groups to join us for a spring clean-up from April 19-30.
Clean-up kits are available at all Seguin Public Library branches, the Humphrey Community Centre and the Rosseau General Store. Participants are encouraged to share photos of their clean-up efforts on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #SpringCleanSeguin to be entered into a draw to win a green gift basket.

NIPISSING & PARRY SOUND, ON – COVID-19 vaccine clinics are taking place in Nipissing and Parry Sound districts this week for individuals of all ages five and older. Walk-ins are welcome. Sean Carroll has been appointed Seguin Township’s new Fire Chief. Don Hood, who held the role for nine years, retires on March 31, 2022.
Chief Carroll brings decades of experience to the position. He previously worked as the Supervisor of Emergency Services with the Region of Waterloo Airport. He also has 13 years of experience as a volunteer fire fighter with Greater Sudbury Fire and was with the Township of north Dumfries Volunteer Fire Service for 19 years.
