Dozens of volunteers and neighbours joined efforts on Saturday December 6 to host Seguin Township’s third annual turkey dinner, with just over 300 guests coming to the Orrville Community Centre for a free sit-down meal with neighbours. Volunteers delivered dozens of meals to those unable to attend in person and 25 meals were taken home to friends and family.

Seguin Township’sMayor’s Proposed2026Municipal Budgethas been deemed adopted after the December 1 Meeting of Council, with a proposed municipal tax increase of 4.539%.
Of the total increase, 2.4% represents Township-controlled changes and an estimated 2.1% stems from external levies. A dedicated Asset Management levy makesup the remaining 1.5 percentage points.
