PARRY SOUND, ON – Due to water damage, the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) has closed its office in Parry Sound until further notice.
The Health Unit is working with the Parry Sound Mall to resolve the issue and is contacting clients to reschedule any appointments that have been impacted.
The Health Unit remains available to Parry Sound clients and the community by phone at 705-746-5801 and will notify the public when they are safely able to re-open.

NIPISSING & PARRY SOUND, ON – COVID-19 vaccine clinics will take place in Nipissing and Parry Sound districts this week for individuals aged six months and older. Individuals must book an appointment in order to receive their vaccine this week, and should bring a health card or another form of identification, if possible.
The following clinics will take place this week:
- Friday, September 23 at Mattawa Golden Age Club (464 Poplar St., Mattawa) from 10 a.m. to noon

The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit has scheduled additional clinics throughout the region to support the rollout of the bivalent COVID-19 vaccine. A COVID-19 vaccine clinic will take place in Parry Sound tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 7, for individuals aged six months and older. The clinic will be held inside the Parry Sound Mall (70 Joseph St., Parry Sound) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome.
Face coverings are required. Individuals should bring a health card or another form of identification, if possible.
